Work postings & Service provider profiles - When you create one of these listings, other users can see personal information you make available. You have the option to hide certain personal information in your listings under the listing privacy options and your “update account” page which is assessable from the “manage work” page.

When creating a work posting, the work location street address may be left blank if the user wishes to keep this information private. This information is viewable and can be shared through social networks by users who view your work posting. 

Circumstances in which we will release personal information:

 WorkMyPrice cooperates with law enforcement investigations, as well as other third party organizations that enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect users and the integrity of the site. If a law enforcement agency or other governmental organization legitimately requests information to fulfill an investigation or alleged illegal activity, we will disclose there quested information.  We respect our users privacy and will not disclose any information to any of the above mentioned organizations without proper legal procedure such as a court order or subpoena unless we believe disclosure of such information is necessary to prevent inevitable harm to another person or illegal activity.

Because the sharing of information isa necessary component of the WorkMyPrice model, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in other ways not mentioned in this privacy policy.  For example, users may violate the terms and agreement to collect and use information for reasons unrelated to WorkMyPrice without our knowledge. 

Your Access to and Control Over Information

• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct certain data we have about you. Service provider profiles cannot be deleted but may be edited or deactivated.  We do not interfere with ratings and reviews given to you by other users unless both users have participated in the dispute resolution process in good faith.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

There is no such thing as perfect security. We take special precautions to protect sensitive information you provide both online and offline. Although we cannot ensure or guarantee complete security of any information provided to us, the following are certain security measures in place to protect your information.

WorkMyPrice is accessible worldwide,but the site has primarily been designed for users in the United States.  When handling personal identifying information for users in the US, we follow the US data protection and privacy regulations which may not offer the same level of protection in other countries. 

Placing Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number,expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We use "cookies" on this site.
