Step 2: Review profiles of service providers who contact you.
You can search for service providers and view their profile by clicking "Search Service Providers" at the top on the navigation bar.
View photos and videos of their work and ratings and reviews from previous customers. Save your favorite service providers by clicking "Add to Favorites" on their profiles.
Profiles may include any of the following information if provided by the service provider:
 Business Filings - Ex. Articles of Incorporation, LLC, Certificate of Assumed Name (DBA). This can be verified with the Secretary of State Corporations Division or Register of Deeds for accuracy. The Secretary of State Corporations Division handles initial filings for corporations, limited partnerships, LLCs, etc. Register of deeds handles Doing Business As (DBA) filings.
 Credentials - Certification, trade license, etc.
 Proof of insurance or bond - You may require service providers to have some form of liability coverage such as business liability, surety bond, etc., depending on the type and size of the job.
 Other qualifications or credentials - such as a resume, academic degree, etc.
***Do not use service providers who contact you unless they have a profile. You cannot leave a rating unless they have a profile.***
